Working Principle
Creating The Future Of Advanced Materials With Powder Technology.Mqp Spiral Jet Mill(Disc Jet Mill) Works With Cyclone Separator, Dust Collector And Suction Fan To Form A Complete Grinding System. Compressed Air Flow After Filtration And Drying Would Go Into Milling Chamber From Nozzles, And Meet In The Center Area, Where Material Would Be Impacted And Ground And Sheared. Milled Powder Would Go Up To The Classifying Chamber By The Air Flow From Suction Fan. The High-speed Rotation Of Classifier Wheel Would Create A Strong Centrifugal Force To Separate Coarse Powder And Fine Powder. The Jet mill grinding system consists Jet Mill, Cyclone, Bag filter and Draft fan. Filtrated, dried and compressed air is ejected into the grinding chamber through Laval Nozzle. The material is crushed, rubbed and cut repeatedly at the intersection of several high-pressure jet air flow. After pulverization, material is classified into different sizes due to the centrifugal force and centripetal force. Qualified fine particles are collected by the cyclone and bag filter, while oversized particles are rejected to the grinding chamber for regrinding.
· The Jet Mill is suitable for dry grinding of various materials with Moh’s hardness below 8, especially for the materials with high hardness, high purity and high added value.
· Equipped with low temperature medium-free grinding. Especially suitable for materials which are heat sensitive, low melting point, sugary and volatile nature.
· The pulverization is done by collision of the particles due to centrifugal force, making it different from the mechanical pulverization in which beaters and hammers are used. Hence, the device is durable and material characteristics are intact.
· Key components like inner liner, classifying wheel and nozzle can be made of ceramic such as aluminium oxide, zirconium oxide or silicon carbide.
