Raw material is evenly fed into grinding chamber by feeding system. The material is powdered under the action of strong collision, shearing, friction and other comprehensive forces between the grinding disc (rotor) and the teeth like stator. Crushed powder enters into classifying chamber where classifier wheel rotates at high speed. Due to centripetal force, qualified powder enters the collector and coarser powder fall down to grinding chamber for regrinding.

CUM-P Pin Mill:

 

With many years of rich engineering experience, ALPA Powder Technology has developed a new mechanical mill for the market demand by adopting the most advanced international design concept and production technology. It can be upgraded to dual power drive type, reaching 200m/s line speed and obtaining the maximum grinding force. Pin type grinding disc is with less heat generation. Material enters the grinding chamber from the centre position and it is forced into the grinding zone by centrifugal force and gravity. Particle size can be adjusted by variable frequency drive.

·       No sieve is used, smooth discharge, high capacity and less operation cost.

·       Single and double drive is available. Higher linear speed, finer particle size.
